However long it takes, whatever it takes. There are peaks and valleys but it's all an upward climb, it's all on an accelerating line. I can't do it the way I have been doing it--Consuming and being consumed-- I have to be in a moderation, willful mindful choices continuum. It's not about being stronger than the pain, it's about satisfying without slaughtering. It's about just enough. A constant world of just enough.
